On the emotional and spiritual level, it reconnects individuals with their Sacred Feminine Womb Wisdom, facilitating a return to a healthy sense of empowerment. Women's Medicine sessions follow a Yin nature, incorporating subtle-energy bodywork that involves craniosacral therapy, deeply nourishing with oils, Mayan abdominal massage, infrared therapy, moxibustion (when applicable), energetic cleansing through Breathwork and Reiki, sound therapy, as well as the application of herbs and roses from Lara's flower farm.
In addition, lifestyle recommendations and herbal guidance are provided to facilitate and complement the healing process.
