HEALING IS THE ALIGNMENT OF

  • The concept of Dantian has deep origins in Taoist and Buddhist traditions and represents “diamonds” or gateways to elevated states of consciousness. These three main Dantians are regarded as the Three Treasures of the Body. According Traditional Chinese Medicine, the Dantians are considered potent energy centers where energy is collected, stored, and transmuted into vital life energy for the health of the body, mind and spirit.

  • The Upper Dantian is the seat of Shen energy, an energy that is considered even more subtle than qi. It is closely associated with the third eye chakra and is thought to reside within the pineal gland.

  • The middle dantian is the seat of qi or life force energy and is located in the heart and diaphragm area.

    Qi, resembles the energy we derive from the air we breathe, the food & water we consume. This middle Dantian is viewed as the source of vitality for all living things.

  • The lower Dantian is the seat of Jing energy and is typically located ~ two to three inches below the navel. It is often referred to as "The Golden Stove." Jing is regarded as the most substantial energy from which the physical body is formed. Over time, Jing is refined and transformed into Qi, which then is further refined into Shen.

HOLISTIC HEALING SESSIONS

 In each session, a harmonious fusion of healing modalities takes place. Reiki consistently plays a role, often sparked during the initial intake. Chinese Medicine guides the way through pulse and tongue diagnosis, offering insights into the organ system. You have the option to focus on specific techniques if desired. All sessions open with a preliminary conversation and consultation.

REIKI TRAINING

Reiki, synonymous with Universal Life Energy, embodies a harmonious, intelligent, and equalizing force that facilitates healing across all dimensions—physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual. Lara's Reiki training courses delve into the origins of Japanese Reiki healing, its guiding principles, hand placement techniques, meditations with breath, symbols, and mantras, and grant you the sacred Reiki attunements within the tradition of Dr. Usui Shiki Ryoho.
